Dial 2-1-1 or text 898-211* to reach the 211 Colorado Help Center to speak with a live navigator. Available Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. For 24/7 information & resources, visit 211colorado.org.
- Spanish-speaking navigators are on staff and able to provide free translation services, as well as direct services for free transportation through Lyft rides, and much more.

The Newcomers Fund is currently accepting monetary donations from the general public. Donations will go directly to the city’s nonprofit partners who are supporting migrants with resource navigation, shelter and other services. You can also help out by volunteering to support the response.

Critical Donation Items Needed Include:
- 200 Men’s size L coats
- 200 Men’s Size M coats
- 200 Women’s Size S coats
- 100 Women’s size M coats
- 100 Women’s size L coats
- 300 Teen coats all sizes (ages 13-17)
- 300 Kid coats all sizes (ages 6-12)
- 200 toddler coats all sizes (ages 1-6)
- 2000 Beanies all sizes.
- 2000 winter Gloves all sizes.

Do not drop off donations at the main entrance. Donations are accepted at the garage doors on the north side of the building.
Appointments are encouraged. To schedule your donations drop off, call (303) 514-0643.
Directions: From Federal Blvd., take Holden Place (eastbound). You will see garage doors on your right.
From Decatur St., take Holden Place (westbound). You will see garage doors on your left.
Please drop off donations at the garage doors. A staff member or volunteer will greet you there. Donations will only be accepted during the listed days and times.
